Traktrain is happy to present the “Vagabond Trap” Sample Pack with 304 high-quality samples created by an affiliated producer. It contains one-shots and loops of different instruments including drums, bass, woodwinds, strings, and synths, as well as some voice effects samples. The author envisioned this kit to be used in a Trap context, however, it will serve its purpose within such genres as Hip-Hop, Boombap, and EDM as well.
The “Vagabond Trap” kit blends traditional Asian music with the modern sound, driven by the rhythm of the drums and the timbre of the bass. It got plenty from both worlds in store. Firstly, bass loops oozing with bone-shuttering juice, and drum loops with creative use of rolls and unusual panning and effects. Secondly, melody shots and loops have two categories – Intro for the beginning of the song and Drop – for a sudden rhythm change. They have that ethnic vibe with traditional woodwind and string instruments edited with glissandos, swells, and tape stops to modernize the sound and produce an effective and captivating fusion.
